The Santa Rosa region, situated in the valleys of Central South Guatemala, provides ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Its high altitudes combined with rich volcanic soil create the perfect growing environment. The regional climate allows coffee cherries to mature slowly, developing complex flavour characteristics that can be found in the final cup.
