Roasting Days, Ordering & Shipping
All of our coffee is roasted to order. We avoid carrying items in stock that will age.
We currently roast on Monday and Thursday nights, then ship the next day. All orders must be placed by midday the day before roasting to avoid having your order put onto the next roasting day. You’ll receive an email notifying you when your order ships.
